Hi, my name is Melissa Pierre, I’m the Founder of CaRelief and I’m now regarded as a leading NDIS expert.
I started my NDIS journey like many family members do, with my Mum being diagnosed with dementia.
The initial funding process was extremely frustrating, and the amount approved was insufficient to meet my mother’s needs.
I took it upon myself to take action and become an expert in NDIS.

The reality was, if I didn’t interfere, my mother’s health would have deteriorated, our relationship strained, and she may have ended up in a home.
That’s why, I’m here.
After a dramatic improvement in my mother’s quality of life, I’ve made it my mission to help others on their NDIS journey.
It started helping a few patients from my local doctor, making a real difference to their lives, and then expanding to create the CaRelief team, so we can help more Australians benefit from this funding.
